With over 20 years of combined work experience in Local Governance, Traditional Leadership, Mining, and Economic Development initiatives, Mpho possesses a broad range of Leadership, Management, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Facilitation, Business Development, and Project Management Skills. Since 2003, Mpho has held numerous leadership and executive positions, leading and directing Departments/Entities.

Nozipho has worked for several, mainly Black-Owned and emerging businesses, these included M2KS Management Consulting, About Solutions Consulting (Pty) Ltd, Lecorp (Pty) Ltd, and LuOnThought (Pty) Ltd. Working in this space gave her a sound footing to grasp and comprehend the SMME space and its unique challenges. She believes that the SMME sector will be an essential economic driver for the country’s future.
